  3. Mix this puree into the batter and mix well and keep it aside for at least 30 mins.
  4. After 30 mins keep pan kadhai or dhokla maker. Add water and keep for steaming. Grease the thali or pan in which you want to make Dhoklas.
  5. Now adjust the consistency of batter. Add water if needed. Take eno pouch mix eno and whisk well. Pour the batter into greased thali or pan.
  6. And put it for steaming.
  7. Check after 10 to 12 mins. Insert toothpick to check. If it comes out clean then Dhoklas aur done. Otherwise keep for 5 mins. When done switch off the gas and let it cool.
  8. Now for tempering.. add oil. When it's hot add mustard seeds, green chillies, til and curry patta.
